Refund policy

At Aliztrexa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 
completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless 
defective:
- Opened personal care/grooming devices
- Used or worn products

3. How to Start a Return
Email us at aliztrexaa3325@gmail.com with your order number and reason for 
return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the 
approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original 
payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of 
delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or 
full refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was 
defective or incorrect.
