Refund policy

At Aliztrexa, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Since we operate on a dropshipping model, all products are sourced from third-party suppliers.

Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof (photo/video) is required for damaged or incorrect items

Non-Returnable:

  • Change of mind
  • Used products
  • Delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers

Refunds:
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Note:
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the case.
